Our prices are very competitive and in order to provide absolute certainty for our clients, we believe that it is important to provide an extensive quote that clearly sets out the fees that will be incurred throughout the case involved. Therefore, wherever possible we will provide fixed fees for every stage of the trade mark registration process and we clearly set out disbursements such as government fees and foreign associate fees. We pride ourselves on using foreign associates that are competitively priced and that provide exceptional service to our clients.

 

There are times when the nature of the case means that work must be done on a time basis, for example in responding to Examiner’s objections, assembling evidence, preparing for a hearing, dealing with a third party objection, advice on infringement issues etc. However we will undertake this work on a strict pro-rata basis and will always provide an estimate in advance of the likely time that will be spent on the case.

 

We will willingly discuss fees on an informal and no obligation basis and are always happy to provide a written estimate on request.
