To validate the shareholder data of the report you have just viewed you should now access the RM Companies House service to download the Annual Return with Shareholders and any amending documents.

Please note that a charge of £2.50 for the first document + £1 per extra document is applicable.

Companies House holds information on over 1.2 million registered companies and receives over 4 million documents every year.
The Companies House on-line service allows you instantly access following on all Companies registered in England Wales and Scotland:
