This new service from aRMadillo lets you search across 44 states simultaneously to confirm the existence/legitimacy of USA Private firms. aRMadillo can also establish how long a company's been in business, determine its official good standing status as well as identify the official address and names of a company's officers/agents.
Using the officer search, you can uncover other company appointments and establish links between companies in different states.
The database will also provide filing information from Secretary of State Offices throughout the United States who are the equivalent of our Companies House.
The types of records included are corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, DBA's, fictitious business names, assumed names, prior names, and name reservations.
Other Company types may also include banks, saving & loan institutions, insurance companies, co-operatives, etc.
Charges for using the service are $1 to conduct a search in a single state or across 44 states simultaneously. To view one Secretary of State record costs $15 or a flat fee of $45 to view all records found. VAT is excluded.
The information content of reports will vary because of the different reporting requirements of individual Secretary of State Offices.
